Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you have purchased from us, you can return it for a FULL REFUND* you just need to inform us within 10 days from the delivery date.

You are responsible for the return cost of your order and we can arrange a date in which our courier will collect it from your address and return back to the store. If you wish to return an item please email us at – we will then confirm the return with you and send you all the instructions you need to ensure the return is fast and simple.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or size please follow our normal and in place returns procedure above, but just mention in your email to us that you wish to arrange an exchange. Once we receive the retuned item we can begin your exchange for the new item.
